kvm vmstate dumps are currently unsupported

crash can open a vmstate dump from qemu, this feature currently is unavailable in crash python.

This feature would be very cool to have in crash-python as well.

This feature should probably cover:

• plain QEMU device state files (file magic 0x5145564D big endian, or "QEVM")
• QEMU device state files encapsulated in a libvirt container (file magic 0x4c696276 big endian, or "Libv")

Note that crash currently supports only ia32 and x86_64 QEMU dumps. I can have a look into other architectures, but it seems this file format is not very generic…
