Feature request: Check out branch for PR

Add an option to the main Quick Pick to checkout the branch associated with the selected PR. If the GH extension is installed, this will also activate the PR for review in VS Code.

Details:

• The feature should just checkout the branch - not try to initiate a review or fix conflicts, etc.
• If there are changes in the git status, it should stop and suggest stashing.
