less detail, same sized cards

I like to print cards so I can use them on my physical scrum board.
These cards should have the pbi type, the title and the story points.
Maybe also the parent feature title and/or the tags.

@realbart not sure if you're still interested in printing cards for work items ... since there has been no activity on this repo, I published a new extension here:

It prints a more useful set of fields for a physical Kanban board.. not sure if that will help or not
