The "tag" structure is under constant change from the content administrators. Tags will get removed, altered, added regularly. As a result there are stale tags visible throughout the app.
For example, The tag "Emergency Shelter <17" is no longer a value that is used in the CMS because it was removed by the content admins but it is still cached in Algolia and therefore shows up in the filter list in the app
