Subject: [PATCH] chore(deps): jotai 2 -> 3 (major)

jotai 3.0.0 is ESM-only, requires Node >= 22.12, React 18+, TS 5.5+, moves
atomFamily to jotai-family and removes loadable and jotai/babel. Nothing in
src/, scripts/ or tests/ imports jotai and no other dependency depends on it,
so no code changes; consider removing the dependency instead.
