Add Print Results options to Queries

Problem

Specify 6 has the option to print query results from the query builder.

This is a very helpful feature because it cuts out extra steps: downloading the file, possibly renaming the file, adjusting column sizes, and then printing from device.
Use case: Quickly print results with overdue loan data and take that sheet to check on and compare with storage locations/status in collection.

Background: walkthrough of Sp6 Process

1. from query results, click the print option (tool tip for this icon: "Prints the entire grid"):

5. From there, icon options at the top allow you to adjust sizing and zoom, look through pages, save the file to your device, or send it directly to a printer.

Requested Solution

Though Sp7 doesn't have the same path/access as Sp6, we could add a Print button that uses the report runner path and opens the to-be-printed file in a new tab.

• There would need to be some report definition that handles the widths of columns in respect to the width of the page. It would also need to consider the height of rows (number of rows) that can fit on one sheet, and where to break it up.

There would likely need to be an intermediate dialog for page setup preferences to set page size and portrait or landscape (important because setting in browser viewer is unhelpful). maybe also page size!

• note: intermediate dialog in sp6 also asks for a name. Name default of "Query Results - date" is sufficient. page size difference
