[Feature] Eldritch pivot library naming convention

Creating a pivot library.

We'll want a number of ways to interact with and compromise additional hosts on a network.

Suggested functions:

• revshell: Receive an interactive shell over web-sockets.
• proxy: Start a reverse connection to tunnel SOCKS5 proxy over.
• winexec: Wrapper (or seperate functions) for wmiexec, winrm, and smbexec.
• ssh: Execute commands on remote host over ssh

Questions

• Is there a more clear name than pivot for this library?
• Are there other function we want to add? Or ones we don't want don't want to implement?

Major goal here is to allow users to script their deployment.

ssh_hosts = port_scan(ip_list)
