Overview

Add comprehensive task and project management capabilities to Nova AI Assistant, enabling users to create, organize, track, and automate tasks through both AI interaction and direct commands.

Phase 3 Features (Quick Wins - Weeks 20-25)

• Task CRUD operations with SQLite storage
• Project organization and task relationships
• AI task extraction from conversations
• Smart task suggestions and time estimation
• Workflow automation and scheduling
• Analytics, reporting, and productivity insights
• Chat commands (/task, /project, /today, /done)
• Function calling integration for AI models

Success Criteria

• Task system fully functional by week 22
• AI task extraction accuracy > 80%
• Workflow automation working reliably
• Users report increased productivity
