Filters broken when using usability

Just noticed: when usability plugin is active, the "filters" don´t work anymore - adding a filter doesn´t dynamically add the respective form to chose.

Sorry for delay. It is a very hard month. We'll try to reproduce and fix it as soon as it possible. We are planning to migrate from RM 2.3.3 too.
Did you shure that all requirements for usability working are ok?
Attention! Plugin "Usability" requires plugin "a_common_libs" and skin Redmine Alex Skin to correct work.
Looks like a global JS error. It should fails all JS in RM. Also you can check it with trying to switch tracker while issue edit. Form would not be correctly refreshed....
