Database not being created.

Hi @ScalvyC,

The create_all() method does not accept an app keyword argument. Instead, you must ensure the Flask application context is active before calling create_all().

Update your create_database() function like this:

def create_database(app):
if not path.exists('Website/' + DB_NAME):
with app.app_context():
db.create_all()
print('Created Database!')

Also, I found a small issue in your create_app() function:
Replace:
app = Flask(name) to app = Flask(name)

Let me know if it still doesn't work.
