Subject: [PATCH] feat(app): a monochrome layer for the themed launcher icon
 (#657) With themed icons on (Android 13+), the launcher tints every icon to
 the wallpaper palette, but it only has something to tint when the adaptive
 icon declares a <monochrome> layer. Without one, the app kept its full-colour
 icon among themed ones. The layer reuses the foreground note shape as a
 single solid shape, without the drop shadow. Older versions ignore it.
 Changelog: The app icon now matches your other icons when themed icons are
 turned on Closes #657
