SocketIOServerOption constructor doesn't match EngineIOServerOption constructor #18

Looks like EngineIOServerOption has a constructor paramter:

bool AllowEIO3

That is missing in the SocketIOServerOption constructor that is trying to inherit from/call.

This is all from the latest nuget packages for SocketIOSharp and it's dependencies.
