use Firefox or Edge Chrome 107 and above：ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.

use Chrome 86.0.4240.198：can connection，but tips：
The connection used to load resources from https://urveoyyz.com:9000 used TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1, which are deprecated and will be disabled in the future.
Once disabled, users will be prevented from loading these resources. The server should enable TLS 1.2 or later.

What is the situation? How to set use TLS 1.2？
