regarding limit on the size of backup

Is there a limitation on the size of backup file, as your friend buildingAtom has limitation in his solution atleast.Also explain me that how the backups are in tar extension i mean twrp bavkups save in a folder named TWRP which have sub folders and finally the files with some weird names for example 'aboot.emmc.win' and many more.

To the best of my knowledge, the maximum size it can handle would be 2GB. Also, backup files with extensions different from *.tar can still be tar files if they use the format for a tar file.

Can you please try to extend the size of a backup file as almost every backup consumes more memory than 2 GB

I have written and released a new version of the program that supports backup files larger than 2 GB. However, the program may still have trouble parsing through individual files in the backup file that are bigger than 2GB, so I may still make changes in the future. If a problem like this or any other problems pop up, don't hesitate to let me know.
