Didn't work with ST2 in Windows 10#14

Installed via package manager. Restarted ST2. Checked View >>> Sync Scroll for each of three files open in three columns. Moved scrollbar. Nothing.

This is in Windows 10.

Unlike #1 , the sync check does stay checked.
