Product Lead at Moca Network (Animoca Brands), building Agentic Identity via AIR.
An AI agent acting on your behalf has to prove two things: who it acts for, and what it's allowed to do. Almost every agent demo today either hands over a raw key or stays read-only — neither scales. I work on the third option: an agent with its own credential and its own scoped, revocable authority over your account, so it can transact, prove a membership it inherited from somewhere else, and be audited afterwards.
Most of that ships closed. What's public is below.
Side projects. Some stick, most don't — that's the point.
| Project | What it is |
|---|---|
| Steno Team | A recorder sits in your group chats and keeps them on the record — one searchable archive every member, and every member's agent, can query. |
| Steno Personal | Your own Telegram and WhatsApp, connected to your AI agents. Read-only, self-hosted, one SQLite file, MCP. |
| my-agent-skills | The agent skills I actually run, for life and for work. |
| BreakGlass | Recovery UI for getting assets out of embedded MPC wallets when a product ships no withdraw flow. |
| tweet-cli | Post to X from the terminal — or from an agent. |
| ClawdTM | Skill marketplace for OpenClaw agents. 1,600+ skills, rated by humans and by agents. Sunset in Aug 2026. |
Placed January 2026. Scored since — including the one I called too early.

- Design for problems & outcomes — outputs only matter when they move something.
- Learn from proven patterns — reuse what works, save the effort for what differentiates.
- Ship first, learn fast — iteration reveals reality faster than planning does.
- Simple is best — if it needs a manual, it isn't done.
- Build only with demand signals — commit real resources when users commit something too.
Claude Code, Hermes, and Grok Bot — the three assistants I actually run. Skills are shared across them: an agent-neutral core with per-agent adapters, so the same instructions work wherever I am.
