somthing like
/ => no docs only folders and readme
/<division_name> => Can contain team infomation but also specific general division docs
/<catogory_name> => should contain only info about item
Then once you are done we can talk about what you have decided, to make sure we like it, then add it to the readme and we can start reorganizing these docs!!
