Summary
Pin the patched fast-uri 3.1.4 transitive dependency through the existing npm overrides policy and refresh the lockfile.
Motivation
The newly published GHSA-v2hh-gcrm-f6hx advisory makes the required production audit fail on the current main branch. fast-uri 3.1.4 is the first patched 3.x release and remains within AJV's existing compatible range.
