A full merge removes and destroys the source object without resetting its
StackSize. The outer handler previously treated a positive stale size as proof the source remained and enqueuedCreateObjectfor the destroyed object.Validation
ACE.Server.Testsproject and full server build were not run. Hosted CI was not polled.
