Set the EB Dirichlet data before the initial iterations - #268

InitialIterations called ApplyPredictor before the EB velocity, density, tracer and temperature Dirichlet data were set; only Advance set them. The EB diffusion then read uninitialized values, which gave NaNs in the temperature near the EB (e.g., channel_spherecube). Move that setup into set_eb_bcs and call it from both places.
