PLACE scaffolding now treats TIME as a required dependency, preserves the public
has_time_moduleflag and value-only calculations, and bins seismic timestamps with explicit UTC. H3 backend and utility entry points share a pure private version parser while retaining their existing refusal behavior.The data-format guide documents implemented readers and writers with executable round trips. PLACE skill metadata, its packaged skill bundle, and generated README/AGENTS signposts come from their owning producers. The manuscript configuration date was refreshed in a separate producer-only commit.
Validation:
5127a7e5a: 11,754 unit, 1,435 integration and 54 performance cases, plus all three H3 validators. The frozen CPython 3.12.15 CPU profile used exact uv 0.13.1, one worker and one BLAS thread; 90 earlier focused tests used CPython 3.12.11.geo_infer_space/_h3_version.pywith exact source bytes.The full eleven-group record belongs to head
5127a7e5a; the hosted PDF and default seven-group manuscript record belong to the observed synthetic merge929e578d7. Those source epochs and validation tiers remain separate. Complete head outputs and raw evidence are archived externally, including original failed admission/review attempts.The fixed published GNN/FEP companion graph and historical Cascadia proof/publisher bytes remain preserved. This maintenance PR does not create a release or a new native Lean proof. Actual-main qualification will use the resulting main commit and its own records.
