Retain complete native child results for explicitly admitted two-agent passive Gaussian models, compare them against independent joint-prefix conditioning, and expose per-agent traces, full covariance tables and independent FEP audit results in the generated website. Unsupported coupling, control, source identities and inference semantics refuse explicitly.

Add opt-in joint_source and part_evidence LLM synthesis, reviewed Ollama context admission and source/request/response dependency bindings for cache and resume. The default model and independent fragment mode remain unchanged. Native completion, numerical agreement, finite algebra proofs and authenticated execution retain separate claim boundaries.

Reconcile maintained delivery/archive guidance with published GNN 5.0.1, FEP_Formal 2.1.0 and GEO-INFER 0.4.0. Published tags and release assets retain their accepted identities.

Validation:

• Broad changed-module regression: 1,150 passed, one optional bnlearn/pgmpy skip and 30 explicit profile deselections; native Gaussian composition passed.

• Preflight: 30 passed; release-gate controls: eight passed; mypy: 776 source files clean. Ruff, strict docs/anchors, import boundaries and repository gates passed after the five-word terminology correction.

• Final synthesis prompt: 48 focused checks passed. Explicit Qwen profile: all 21 requests admitted and completed, both controlled cross-part facts correct, full resume with zero new generations. General interpretation quality and independent attention are outside this acceptance.

• Actual offline browser review: seven pages at mobile width without page overflow; both agent selectors, trace modes, all ten independent FEP comparisons and separate finite-proof limits exercised.

• Fresh SC-22 acceptance: all 32 PDF pages, seven figures and the new manuscript contracts reviewed; privacy checks passed. The 152 manuscript tests and committed custody/token/hydration gates passed. The canonical combined manuscript HTML passed browser checks; standalone chapter reference inventories are unchanged from baseline and retain their existing limitation.

Companion source custody is synchronized to merged FEP PR226 at 0a3feec63b4561202d168548a14f66de70af2b8d. FEP retains the exact GNN scientific owner bytes from 5973665a4798fd16b76f31d03eb674f28d272089; the final GNN commit changes only the companion pin. Fresh local Python 3.14 installed/status/finite/continuous/final/Q7-source checks and committed manuscript custody/token/hydration gates passed. The paired workflow keeps source checks separate from native Lean evidence; the fresh Q7 receipt binds all 26 actual source/projection/compiled modules and 12 axiom reports.
