Render provisioning can exhaust its 12-minute deadline while the Azure Ubuntu mirror continues downloading slowly. Select the primary Ubuntu archives for recognized direct URLs or GitHub’s exact file-based mirror-list URI. Preserve direct URL transport, signing keys, suites, components, packages, and existing failure bounds; the file-list route selects HTTPS. Refuse unknown or folded fields, duplicate keys and mixed-security stanzas before package operations.

Correct the active campaign guide to reflect closed bounded scopes, remove outdated bridge entry-point wording, and require American English in maintained prose. No theorem, frozen protocol, release identity, PDF or scientific disposition changes are included.

Validation: 128 focused mirror/dependency/inventory tests passed, including eleven source layouts across three APT success/failure outcomes. Ruff, strict links, Markdown hygiene and whitespace passed. Independent source review approved both the original six-file scope and the exact runner-URI correction.

The first automatic run passed all other roles but its render guard rejected GitHub’s mirror-list URI before installation; that failure is retained. The correction is a new commit requiring fresh automatic CI. No blanket rerun, relaxed gate or measured speedup is claimed.
