GNN PR290 fixes a deterministic website startup/shutdown race, changing one Python owner after the canonical namespace cutover. Refresh the FEP/GNN source pin, emission signatures and Q7 working provenance for that exact source, retaining the fresh named native receipt and transport context.
Source-pair run40786981014 qualified FEPdaae1d2928fe295c0eea6629f0857d4cb5cdc6d1 with GNNe7cad532b5a0dea156fa39c9e918cd80f0ef99bb. It recorded five real parser observations and compiled/independently checked all twelve static Q7 bounds on the pinned Linux Lean4.35.0 producer, without compiler warnings. The roster and FEP owner bytes match the previous checkpoint; the only changed GNN owner is src/gnn/website/serve.py. Runner, scaffold and Lean probe bytes remain identical. Historical receipts are preserved.
Validation: all exported-file hashes checked; local current-source snapshot equals the producer bookend; finite/continuous emission checks, Q5/Q7 generators,498 focused bridge/artifact controls, strict docs/links/hygiene and Ruff pass. Full hosted PR and fresh merged-main acceptance remain required. This receipt supplies static coefficient/prediction evidence for its named source pair; it does not establish local native execution, generated-runner execution, full-mode or release acceptance.
After this PR and its fresh main checks qualify, GNN PR290 must finalize its companion pin to the reviewed FEPmain and pass its complete hosted/native/paired profiles before integration.
