SDK 1.0.0-rc.1 adds 18 host conformance profiles, a complete API/declaration inventory and support/migration policy, and a combined language/settings/edit/job/watch/transfer regression workload. Install the exact RC archive; newly packed plugins use the exact prerelease peer.
Validation: 480 runtime tests, 86 schemas, types and independent packed consumers; four Windows/Linux × Node 22.23.3/24.21.0 CI jobs; measured performance guards; 11 historical public archives in both client/host directions and old-package verification; all six generated templates. Browser acceptance reports 12 supported, six unsupported and zero failed profiles.
Security audit and vulnerability validation remain pending under the owner's 2026-10-05 deferral (DDS-243). Functional results do not constitute security acceptance.

The tarball has no runtime npm dependencies. LICENSE, NOTICE, support policy, examples, declarations and schemas are included. This is a public SDK prerelease; it does not assert DDS UI, Engine, Cloud, Marketplace or installer acceptance.
