Plugin SDK 1.0.0 publishes the RC API as the stable 1.x line. Newly packed plugins declare
>=1.0.0 <2.0.0; verification preserves historical and exact RC1 archive metadata. The release includes the API inventory, support/deprecation policy, migration/rollback guidance, LICENSE and NOTICE.Validation: 481 runtime tests, 86 schemas, types and a 386-file independent packed consumer; four Windows/Linux × Node 22.23.3/24.21.0 CI jobs and measured performance guards; 12 actual historical public archives in both client/host directions; six generated templates; 18 Node conformance profiles and combined fault/resource checks. RC browser acceptance (12 supported, six unsupported, zero failed) is reused for unchanged browser runtime code, as detailed in the receipt.
Security audit and vulnerability validation remain pending under the owner's 2026-10-05 deferral (DDS-243). Stable API status and functional acceptance do not constitute security acceptance.
