`clear` makes the terminal drop every picture and free its data, and
nothing tells a background process that happened. The pane now sends the
pictures, data and placement, again about once a second inside the same
synchronised write as a frame, and a full repaint carries the data too,
not only the placement.
The folder holding the bottom ornaments is renamed down_border, to match
the --db flag. build.rs reads both names, so a checkout with the old
folder still builds.
- --lb and --db are short forms of --border-left and --border-bottom.
- --no-color now draws everything in shades of grey: text, art, border
pictures and the prompt keep their brightness and lose their hue, and
the palette swatches are left out. `gray = true` in the config does
  the same.
- --def-color puts the default colours back, undoing --no-color.
- --save writes both colour keys, so the file never holds a pair that
disagrees with the choice just made.
- A --pin with settings replaces the pin already on the terminal. A bare
--pin, which is what a startup file runs, and a run that saves leave
it alone; a run that saves says so.
The clippy that CI runs flags chunks_exact and chunks_exact_mut with a
constant size in the grayscale code and its test.
