About The Pull Request

Changed the Church to include a bit more RP potential.
Rearranged the priest's office on the ground floor.
Changes to the basement:

Rearranged the Bishop's office from the previous pull-request with holy relics, religion bookcases, cabinet for catholic bishop clothing.
Made a homeless shelter in the basement a character of mine has been working on for some time ICly.
The homeless shelter features: a small medical area to treat homeless in; spawn points for the homeless; a cafeteria and a kitchen; a common area for the homeless to sleep in; toilet/shower;
Expanded the homeless shelter, cut down on the size of the bedroom in the nearby ghetto apartment to fit in all the things that need to be in the shelter.

Why It's Good For The Game

The idea is so that both mortal priest players and Lasombra priest players have more activities to do and a space to exist in. Plus, to make the Church a bit more of a public space, where human homeless players can exist in and interact with each other and the staff. The blood freezer exists so that the Lasombra players would have an easier time to get a tome.
