Bump the dev dependencies to their latest releases within the current major versions and refresh composer.lock: - bolt/core ^6.1.9 - phpstan/phpstan 2.3.1, phpstan/phpstan-symfony 2.1.0 - rector/rector 2.7.0 - symplify/easy-coding-standard ^13.3 - phpunit/phpunit ^11.5 Adapt the code to the newer tooling: - drop the @Package docblock tag flagged by ECS's PhpdocNoPackageFixer - apply Rector's instanceof checks for nullable Content/Field values - remove the skip for the deprecated InlineClassRoutePrefixRector

Updates the dev dependencies to their latest releases within the current major versions and refreshes
composer.lock. The runtime requirements (php >=8.2,twig/twig ^3.21) are unchanged, so this doesn't affect sites installing the extension.Changes

PhpdocNoPackageFixerrule flags the@packagetag insrc/Seo/Seo.php. Only that line is removed. ECS's own fix would delete the whole docblock, including the notes on the fallback priority order.?Content/?Fieldvalues inSeo.phpbecomeinstanceofchecks. There's no behaviour change.rector.php: removed the skip forInlineClassRoutePrefixRector. Rector now warns that the rule is deprecated and no longer registered.Verified
