"Background connection enabled" notification can't be cleared

• Android version: 10 and 11
• Device: SM-G903W and SM-G900W8
• ArcaneChat version: 2.58.1
• Expected behavior: Notification should appear "clear all" button all clearable notifications have
• Actual behavior: No "clear button" appear to clear this notification
• Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.check Arcane Chat's "background connection enabled" notification is "on", 2. Try clear this notification from home screen - you can't!

Correction to above posts, the problems with Arcane/Delta Chat exist in SM-G903W with Android 10 only but SM-G900W8 with Android 11 works properly.
I had also noticed that Tasker app exhibited similar problem as Arcane/Delta (all those three apps couldn't be uninstalled from my SM-G903W with LineageOS17.1) while any other apps worked properly on this phone in those situations!
Perhaps an old/not updated or incorrect library files were being used?
