i18n: complete and polish simplified chinese translations

Description

Simplified Chinese falls back to English for many recent settings and status messages. Complete 517 untranslated or missing app entries and revise 136 existing translation slots for consistent terminology, formatting, and source-context meaning.

Use consistent terms for 部件 (widget), 停靠栏 (dock), 灵动岛 (island), 悬浮球 (dot), 弹出面板 (popout), 快捷键绑定 (keybind), and 登录界面 (greeter). Remove spaces between adjacent Chinese words; standardize Chinese quotation marks, sentence endings, and ellipses. Correct the pointer acceleration label to 加速方案 and the light theme mode label from 细体 to 浅色. Retain code examples, executable names, Qt placeholders, and wallpaper template variables.

Only quickshell/translations/poexports/zh_CN.json changes. Shared-widget terms stay in the separate dank-qml-common catalog and companion PR. Source catalogs (en.json, template.json), runtime code, tests, deployment scripts, and the submodule pointer are untouched.

POEditor is the source of truth: please carry these reviewed translations into POEditor when merging so subsequent exports preserve them.

Validation

• JSON parsing, nonempty translations, Qt placeholder parity, punctuation, and Chinese spacing checks passed.
• Combined app/shared catalogs cover all 3,204 statically extracted app terms and 115 shared-widget terms. Third-party plugin metadata and untranslated dynamic labels outside I18n are outside this check.
• Verified context-specific translations for network security, event venue, power in watts, and overflow-button position.
• Loaded and reviewed the combined catalogs locally with zh_CN.
• No Go or QML source changes; build/lint and behavior documentation changes are not applicable.

Codex generated a substantial part of the translations; wording, terminology, formatting, placeholders, and source context were reviewed before submission.
