Letting the user know that IotHub and IotEdge nodes within AI Skill are not configurable on K8s during their deployment using a note like below:
"Your AI Skill has some nodes that are not configurable on Kubernetes based Targets (IoThub Export) so AI Skill configuration may not succeed."
