Introduced API version 2026-01-01 as the target version for the ServiceBus CLI commands.
Added a new optional parameter --ip-address-type to az servicebus namespace create.
Added the same parameter --ip-address-type to az servicebus namespace update, allowing the value to be modified on an existing namespace.
Regenerated/updated the command models and help text for the new API version.
