Update TestRunner to allow for arguments to be input after starting it

Description:

Could make some very minor tweaks to the test runner to make it possible to simply start it and then input the arguments. Will make it much easier to use it to debug, as you can start it and then attach to process and then input the arguments, rather than having to rush to attach
