Error with ClosedXML when pushing to Excel workbook

Description:

Get the following message when trying to Push to a workbook:

1. The existing workbook could not be accessed due to the following error: Method 'ErrorValue' in type 'AstFactory' from assembly 'ClosedXML, Version=0.105.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=fd1eb21b62ae805b' does not have an implementation.

Steps to reproduce:

The test script I am running using the ExcelPushConfig with sheetName = "BHoM Data" and startingCell = "A1" - the Excel workbook in question contains that sheet.

Try to push a flat object.

Expected behaviour:

Flat object to be pushed.

BHoM_9.3.260916.beta.0 installer with no Test_Toolkit.

Note this is shipped with System.Memory.dll last modified on 19/02/2020 file version v4.6.28619.1 which 4.0.1.1.

This overwrites the System.Memory in C:\ProgramData\BHoM\Assemblies from the CodeComplianceTest_Engine.csproj because it's using <PackageReference Include="System.Memory" Version="4.6.3" />.
