Create some conventions for repo descriptions

What is missing/incorrect?

Would be great if we had some conventions for the repo descriptions so when these are pulled and summarised there's a family resemblence/some key information for someone looking at the repos. (e.g. interoberability , core) etc. Feel free to close if this isn't a good idea!
