Breakage of interface on 32-bit systems

An interface definition breaks compilation on 32-bit systems (i386, armhf for Debian).
Is this worth fixing, or is Julienne 64-bit only?

@amckinstry thanks for reporting this. I suspect this is easily fixed by using a macro to remove one of the ambiguous procedures. With which compiler(s) and compiler version(s) have you observed this error? Would you happen to know whether the compiler defines a macro that identifies 32-bit compilations?

This was with gfortran 15.3. Presumably the standard gcc macros, but I can't find the list right now.
