Replaces SWT_AWT ImageJ with SWTImageJ in all plugins.
SWTImageJ is an external plugin with a separate plugin repository.

- Removed the bundled ij.* sources of com.eco.bio7.image. The bundle now
requires and re-exports org.eclipse.swt.imagej (needs the SWTImageJ
branch bio7-host-hooks for the ImageJHost API).
- New Bio7ImageJ host: images are created in holder composites displayed
in the tabs of the ImageJ-Canvas view (or moved into detached views and
a SWT fullscreen shell), status messages go to the Eclipse status line.
- Rewrote CanvasView, IJTabs, CustomDetachedImageJView, IJtoolbar and the
ImageJ menus (copied from the SWT menu bar of the hidden ImageJ shell).
Removed SwtAwtImageJ, FXSwtAwtCustom, IJtoolbarSwtAwt, swtawtutil, the
Swing themes and the AWT context menu translation.
- Moved the image bundle classes to com.eco.bio7.image.ui to resolve the
split package com.eco.bio7.image with the core bundle (ImageMethods,
etc. keep their package). Generic Util calls now use com.eco.bio7.util.
- Core, WorldWind and the macro editor use the new tab API instead of the
Vector tab data. SWTImageJ was added to the target platform, the image
feature and the Java script classpath.

Images set with setImage (e.g., created with toSWTImage) are disposed if
no cell uses them anymore (replaced or row removed). toSWTImage creates
the image in the SWT thread (scripts run in a job).

The ImageJ compiler only uses java.class.path (the OSGi launcher), so the
SWTImageJ, SWT and image bundles are registered as extra classpath entries.
The compiler target defaults to Java 25. ScanClassPath adds the SWTImageJ jar
(or the class folders in development mode) at the end of the classpath and
keeps the original bundle order used by the index based logic.
