We need a
testIdvalue for the NUnit work. I'm adding it to a v4 of the report schema, but making v4 optional and opt-in to start. This way the other frameworks can continue using v3 and we can eventually add testID support for all frameworksPlanning to just do a minor bump when this gets in. After we make v4 the default, I'll do a major release
