I think this is ready to close, but waiting to hear feedback from Frederike. Upon receiving feedback, will merge https://github.com/CAIDA/nids-setup/tree/dataadmin into main and close the issue.

My local tests all pass (environment installs and notebook runs) on Windows, MacOS, and Ubuntu. Frederike has also tested this on Windows and reported no issues.

This is ready to publish as another public example of a NIDS module. Still needs nids-setup to be made public (I cannot do that) and dataadmin branch to be merged into main after docs are cleaned up following decisions made Wednesday.

Awaiting meeting with Rocky on Tuesday to determine direction of NRP-bound assignments. So far, only changes to assignment notebooks have been small edits to allow running locally; most work has been at nids-setup.

Pinned 20260501 release of as2org, which seemed to match up with the outputs of the JupyterHub version. Need to regenerate docker image to close #11 and then I believe this is ready to go.
