A Pi installed without Docker keeps its credentials in ~/.config/relab, which #48 stopped reading, so it silently falls back to pairing mode. The log now names the old file and where to move it.

  • Warn at startup when ~/.config/relab/relay_credentials.json (or RELAB_CREDENTIALS_FILE) exists and the new file does not
  • INSTALL.md: Docker installs keep their pairing (same named volume, new mount path). Native installs get a one-line mv. The backend has to be updated first (fix(backend): accept the old camera token audience until 2027-01-31 r9lab#452)
  • README: R9lab naming in the connection diagram, and the current docs URL

Tests: tests/unit/pairing and tests/unit/core pass, including a new test for the warning. ruff and ty are clean.

Not needed: no cameras are paired right now, so there is nothing to migrate from ~/.config/relab. The hard switch in #48 stands.
