refactor: careFacility 패키지를 facility 로 - #135

도메인 패키지 중 하나만 낙타등이었다. 한 군데만 다른 규칙이면 새로 들어온 사람이 둘 다 흉내 내서 규칙이 둘로 갈린다. 클래스 이름(CareFacility 등)은 그대로 둔다. 엔티티 이름을 바꾸면 JPQL 문자열까지 전부 손봐야 하고, '돌봄시설' 이라는 뜻은 CareFacility 가 더 정확하다. 바꾼 것은 패키지 자리뿐이다. 구조 규칙 위반: 489 → 391 (네이밍 98건 해소). 파일 이동이라 baseline 을 한 번 다시 떴고, 다른 규칙 숫자가 늘지 않았음을 확인했다.

클래스 이름은 그대로 뒀다
CareFacility·CareFacilityService등은 바꾸지 않았다.CareFacility가 더 정확하다 —Facility는 시설 일반을 가리킨다바꾼 것은 패키지 자리뿐이다(86개 파일의 package·import).
baseline 재생성
파일 이동이라 위반 설명의 경로가 바뀐다.
freeze.refreeze=true로 한 번 다시 뜨고 규칙별 숫자가 늘지 않았음을 확인한 뒤false로 되돌렸다.테스트
전체 600 tests, 실패 0, skip 0. 문서(시스템 개요·아키텍처 다이어그램)도 함께 갱신했다.
