I figured this out with RATools and tested as I went with RALibretro. I've tried my best to be very careful while doing this.
The new challengers will need icons, which I am happy to make, although I was hoping you could send me the template you were using for it.
Unfortunately I also had to change folder/filenames containing
:, as this is invalid on windows.
