Summary

  • Add repo-level opencode agents for LUMI reference, tooling, and Slurm review
  • Add adapted LUMI docs for JunctionHackathon Surface Code / DiffQEC workflows
  • Add LUMI deployment env/setup and smoke sbatch scripts

Validation

  • opencode.json parsed with Python
  • agent frontmatter checks passed
  • git diff --check passed

- Add lumi_deployment/cleanup_lumi.sh: safe, idempotent cleanup
script with --dry-run, --deep, --no-repoint flags; removes Python
debris, pip/uv/hf caches, and writes cache-redirect block to
~/.bashrc pointing future caches at /scratch//cache
- Update setup_lumi_env.sh: venv now lives at
  /scratch//venv-junction (symlinked at /venv)
  to avoid blowing LUMI-G 100k home file-count quota; auto-migrates
existing home venvs; appends cache-redirect exports to ~/.bashrc
- Add docs/lumi/storage.md: dedicated page covering LUMI storage
tiers, both quota warnings (file-count and SBU), where things
should live, prevention habits, and quick-reference commands
- Update docs/lumi/README.md: add storage.md to index, add
  /scratch/ path convention, add quota/SBU common-issues rows
- Update docs/lumi/preflight.md: document venv-on-scratch in
Step 5, add home-quota troubleshooting row, link storage.md
- Update docs/lumi/deployment.md: add /scratch/ rows to
Key Paths, add venv-on-scratch safety rule, link storage.md
- Update lumi_deployment/README.md: add cleanup_lumi.sh to
scripts table, add storage-quota section, link storage.md
