Summary
During production verification with three managed agents, Mission Control briefly displayed no running agents while the workspace header still reported that all three worktree slots were occupied.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a production workspace for CoDevOrg/CoDev.
- Start three managed agents.
- Open or refresh the Agents panel in Mission Control.
- Observe the workspace header and the agent list during the initial status refresh.
Actual behavior
The UI temporarily showed:
- Header: No agents running; worktree slots: 3 of 3 in use
- Mission Control: No agents are running yet
After approximately three seconds, it refreshed to 3 agents working and 3 of 3 slots.
Expected behavior
Agent status and slot allocation should be consistent during loading and refresh. If the agent list is still loading, the UI should show a loading state rather than reporting that no agents are running.
