Docstrings, comments and maintainer scripts state what the code does and which RAVEN 3 function it matches, without develop3 branch names or references to SysBioChalmers/RAVEN pull requests. The artefact publishing link points to CompMetEng/raven-gecko-parity.
With balance_out, the balancing component brings the components to target_total g/gDW (default 1), matching RAVEN's scaleBiomassFraction targetTotal argument.
