RCA for the Python Security blocker on this docs-only PR: the B310 finding is on main, not in this diff. scripts/ci/verify_release_maturin_tool_assets.py:36 (added in ab2e9db) fails the pinned Bandit gate on origin/main 3295c25 too (reproduced locally with requirements-bandit-ci-hashes.txt and the exact workflow command). Fix: #2501.

Next steps: once #2501 merges, merge origin/main into this branch (non-destructive), push, confirm Bandit is green on that exact head, then Draft→Ready. Pushing earlier would only re-run a check that is known to fail.
