Temporary convergence PR for the live #875 → #876 stack. #875 moved to 8bfc95118c21ba58d1577cc09688111785ee9381 after the #867 ancestry repair. #876 retains its own criterion-coordinate product/test delta and must adopt the current parent without force-push or destructive rebase. Merge only as an ordinary branch-convergence commit; no predecessor validation receipt transfers and this is not protected-main product promotion.
