Current authority — 2026-09-23 KST

The generated proposal removes aria-disabled from the same native disabled Settings buttons already owned by #1676. Canonical #1676 owns the HTML disabled semantics, independent aria-busy state, focused regression and standards doctoring. The generated Palette doctrine is not a second product/accessibility authority.

This provenance branch had previously converged to #1676's causal product tree, but canonical #1676 later advanced through two source-neutral descendants to exact 8a3ac516.... Before this repair the branch was therefore stale by ancestry: fresh compare against current #1676 was ahead 7 / behind 2, despite zero file delta.

262c9bb7... preserves the prior provenance head as first parent, ordinary-adopts exact current #1676 as an additional parent, and points to the exact canonical owner tree. The branch moved by non-force fast-forward. Fresh compare is now ahead-only, behind 0, with zero effective file delta.

Historical direct-develop workflows, generated provenance receipts and #1676 predecessor receipts do not transfer. Product acceptance remains on #1676, including current-head hosted evidence, independent review and browser/keyboard/responsive verification.

Keep Draft until #1676 normally integrates or a verified complete successor inherits source, regression, doctoring and evidence. No duplicate Settings writer, dependency ownership change from this lane, source-neutral wake commit, stale receipt transfer, self-approval, force push/destructive rebase, synthetic status or gate weakening.
