[Feature Request] Display url value

In your example on the readme it's shown how an url param is added to the array for the NovaBroadcastMessage. However, this param is never used in the frontend... Would you mind showing it on the frontend if it's filled and hiding it if it's empty?

The url is being used on the frontend but is not an anchor tag <a/> they use the vue @click event that calls a method that resolve the redirects

I made this PR #20 to allow custom templates so you could wrap the notification in an anchor tag like this and manipulate any other thing from the frontend

Then maybe you could add a cursor: pointer style to the notification-message component. That way the user would also now about the click-ability of this element.
